About
The Blueseum stands as a testament to fan dedication, having operated as a volunteer-run wiki website since its launch in 2005. Built to record the comprehensive history of Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League, the website functions as an online virtual museum, chronicling players, games and Club milestones stretching back to the pre-VFL era.
The website was established and continues to be led by Jamie Sanderson, with contributions from Michael Olsen, Stephen Williamson, Peter McLean, Rod Mitchell, Phil Ereaut, Anthony de Bolfo, Allison Olsen, Dan Jago, Steve Atkinson, Tim Long and Warren Tapner. Every page has been created by passionate Carlton supporters representing thousands of hours of writing, research and data entry. The result is a fully functional database spanning the Club's long and rich history, from its earliest days through to the present.
In 2026, to protect and continue this legacy, the Blueseum migrated to a Club owned platform, one that remains maintained by the same volunteer team named above.
Anyone with questions about the Blueseum, or wishing to raise a query about site content, is encouraged to contact Blueseum@carltonfc.com.au.
