Richard Newton

Richard Newton was a Director of the Carlton Cricket & Football Social Club between 2002 and 2006 and was also a member of the Finance Sub-Committee. He has a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and is Managing Director of the Selpam Group of Companies, a family business involved in property developments and investments, specifically in hotel operations. The Selpam Group is also a major shareholder in the Melbourne Victory.

Richard was appointed to the Carlton Football Club Board in May 2006.
